Here's my list of interior squeaks and rattles:
All five vents.
The glovebox door.
Both "chrome" trim rings in the cluster.
The center dash speaker cover.
The passenger side A-piller.
The drivers side B-pillar.
The headlight switch.
The drivers side door latch.
I've noticed the...

17,850 miles. I've never reset trip odometer #2. 22.3 is the average...
I wouldn't say I've fallen out of love with it, but after a year and a half, it's starting to feel slow. It's not, I just got used to it. The same thing has happened with every performance car I've ever owned. That's always the point I start adding go-fast goodies. It's about that time with...
I'd imagine the majority, if not all, the power increase is due to the compression bump alone. An additional full point of compression is generally good for a 3-4% increase in power in a naturally aspirated engine. 435hp + 4% = 452hp.
I was thinking the same. It would look like a shorter 350R spoiler without the center. I'd assume that the center section is there so they can use the existing hole layout for the current blade spoilers. It doesn't appear that the trunk lid changed at all. It would also probably sag over...
+1. Contact Bama, tell them you added a PMAS CAI and you need a tune revision. I believe the MAF transfer function needs a fairly significant value change due to the diameter of the PMAS intake.
I have the regular Premium seats, which have enough headroom for me at 6'6", but just barely. I drove a GT350 with Recaro's not long ago. The Recaro's do seem to offer a bit more headroom. The only problem was that they're a bit cumbersome to get in and out of for taller folks. It's kind of...
Billiards, shooting, woodworking, electronics, and anything music related. I've played guitar for 35 years, and I'm an audiophile. The woodworking, electronics, and music hobbies have all sort of blended together. I repair, modify, and build guitar amps and HIFI gear - turntables, speakers...
A local dealer has had a 2015 50th limited edition for over two years. They had it priced at $100k until recently. It's down to sticker now. It always puts a smile on my face to see a dealer sit on inventory long term due to exorbitant markups.
My fob has fallen out of my pocket and found it's way into the gap between the seat and the console a couple times. One the upside, I also found two lost cigarette lighters and about $3.00 in change.
Mine has rattles and squeaks everywhere. For a few months I'd find the offending rattle, remove the trim piece and add felt tape. As soon as I'd quiet one, another one would pop up. I finally gave up. I just crank the radio and try to ignore it. I can't totally fault the car. I live in a...
I have a couple friends that use the scented top lube in their drag cars. Both are injected on methanol. The point of the scent is that it's supposed to reduce eye, nose, and throat irritation. Personally, I don't think it does. You still get the typical methanol burn in your nose and...
Very impressive. I wonder if that's the stock track mode transmission mapping, or a program developed specifically for the track? If that's factory transmission mapping, they really nailed it.
I've seen a few Ring Bros. cars at shows. They are one of the few builders whose cars look as good, or better, in person as they do in magazines. Details galore.
