FordPass VIN Decode glitch

Anyone out there using this wondering why their ford model isnt showing the right color same as me? mine is showing up as a generic icon where other vin I tried shows up correct.. None of these devices worked.

Sony Xperia Z1 Lollipop 5.0.1
Sony Xperia Z3 marshmallow 6.0.1

Apple iPad 2 9.3.4
Apple iPad Air 2 9.3.4

I logged out/in like 300 times and cleared cache, force stopped app, just won't work
