I don’t give a crap about globally warming. I don’t care if the oceans rise a foot by 2100. I will have been dead for 40 years.
Ah so you DONT care about your kid or grand kids lives. Okay.

When you say science has failed, do you mean political, social or applied sciences?

Fellas, something to think about... The depth of the Grand Canyon gets to about 1-1.5 miles down. That's 5280 - 7920ft.

If you are 6ft tall and go to the bottom of the GC and stand and look up, you are in the same relevance as a single Covid organism looking at the opening of an N100 mask.

The Covid organism is in nanometers (10^-9 meters), while the filtration of the N100 is in microns (10^-6). It's 1000 times smaller than the filtration ability of an N100.

Reminds me of an episode of Gilligan's Island. The "professor" thought the island was sinking because the stick he put in the lagoon was getting further away every day. So the evidence was telling him that either the ocean was rising or the Island was sinking.

Turns out Gilligan was moving the stick every morning.

If the professor had access to satellite data and the pesky records that those damn scientists keep asking for funding to maintain,, he’d have worked it out fairly quickly.

It would be much more believable if they didn't change the historical data. Grab a copy of State of fear and look at the data before it was doctored.
In the 70's we were told an ice age is coming, it didn't happen.
In the 80's and 90's we were told the oceans would rise a foot by 2012. They didn't

Why should we believe them now?

I'm not sure what hocus pocus news channel you watched but those were never mainstream scientific views.

Ok, so yet another thread got shut down, presumably because the moderator felt it was political in nature.
If this is correct, the irony of cancelling something (a discussion around science) because they disagree with it is both hilarious and consistent.
Anyways, things are either demonstrably true or they aren’t.
The sky is blue regardless of your particular persuasions.
The theory of gravity doesn’t have “sides”, nor does the carbon dioxide theory of climatic change. You either grasp it or you don’t.

150 years of science doesn’t care about your political affiliations.
Be careful, I think the moderator isn't of our persuasion or Basic Moral and core beliefs. Just me saying

Wow, Mr. Wizard! Now can you tell us how the 0.3 micron filtration of an N95/N100 IS sufficient to capture the particles expelled by the human respiratory system that actually carry viruses? Particles that are 0.5 microns on the small end of the spectrum?
Hey man, I’m LOL’ing with you, lol. The average aerosolized droplet from a sneeze is <0.6 microns and the droplets from a cough (significantly less volatile than a sneeze) is 0.6-16 microns. I’m relating applied science bro, not craziness so go beat up a biochem book if it gets to you.

For reference, influenza is near bout nonexistent due to Covid prep, so that should tell you something since influenzae orgs are more readily trapped by N95/N100s.

Btw, everyone is wearing an N95/N100 right? Lol.

Covid numbers are going down and influenzae is nonexistent, lol... that’s not due to masks man. Lol

But, in 2017, Comrade Fauci insisted that a viral pandemic would arise in 2020, did he not?

It's due to people contracting and recovering from Covid along with the vaccines.
The autoantibodies I can agree to. There’s no solid science on the mRNA-based anti-Covid vectors (commonly referred to as vaccines but they’re not).
