How much does the walker weigh?
It's probably on the very rear of the car, and sticking out a bit so it would have quite a bit of leverage on the suspension. I would get helpers as suggested or buy a stiffer spring setup if he's using the car with the mobility device all the time.

The springs are not any weaker than stock, I carry my walker which makes the rear a little lower. I should have mentioned that first.
Ah...yes, that would add a bit of weight. My first thought when reading the thread title and nothing else was, "Is this a Gen 1 thread?" 🤣
Then seeing the model year you have, I thought...maybe lower the front only to level the stance.
And now that you explain the reason for the sag, the solutions I read later in the thread related to elevating the rear make perfect sense.

I've never seen a walker that weighs more than maybe 15lbs.

I thought it would be a mobility scooter or whatever. If it's just a walker why not put it in the car and how does only 15 lbs cause "sag"

I would just leave it as is and not worry about it, I added a spare tire and jack plus have a few other things in the truck.

That ~100 lbs is hanging off the rear of the car and thus it has an substantial amount of leverage on the rear suspension.

The answer to your quest is how much money are you willing to spend, and how much do you drive the car without the walker?

Because for me the easiest thing would be to get a stiffer spring rate same ride height as factory to offset the weight. But without the weight back there it will ride hasher.

That option would likely be the cheapest option as well.

The PP springs I linked are like 10% stiffer than non PP. Get those rear springs in and think about replacing the shocks while you're there. A good aftermarket shock like bilstein b6 will help it ride a lot better. I think Ford skimped out on the OEM rear shocks because new they're $60 each. FWIW, I haven't actually felt the difference between OEM and bilstein, bc mine are on order, I'm going by what others say on this forum.
