Hey guys, just need to do a quick oil change and it seems like jacking up the drivers front side is all I'll need to do to slip in there,

Having owned body on frame trucks / jeeps my entire life,

is it safe to only jack up one corner of a unibody like this?

Will have a stand under the designated area on the pinch weld and one on the cross member for redundancy. Wheel chocks as well,

Guess I'm really just concerned about the force / twisting the unibody like that for an hour or so.

The S550 is probably stiffer than any of those body on frame vehicles you had. If you jack the front corner, you will probably lift both wheels on that side off the ground.

I did, that's what got me curious!

Drivers rear came 4" off the ground with the Drivers front sitting at 11" on a 3 ton stand -

I have jacking rails so I jack up one whole side at a time from the middle of the car.

Get yourself a set of Rhino or Race ramps and just drive the car up on them to do an oil change. Far easier and there is plenty of room to do it - safer too than messing with a single jack stand and all that...
