S650 Block Compatibility with Gen3

I know early on it appeared as though Ford was using up old Gen3 short block stock in the S650, but I believe they've run out some time last year and the newer short blocks are different. For instance, I believe they share rods with the F150 now. The block part number is PR3Z-6010 rather than JR3Z-6010. Do we know if the S650/PR3Z block is completely interchangeable with Gen3 crank, heads, etc?

Someone on here just did a gen 4 swap and the only hard part was how to control the cams on a Gen 3 ECU. But other than that it seems everything is interchangeable especially in the hard parts. The cams are the main difference but there's no reason why you couldn't run gen 3 cams and timing on those heads and block or use gen 3 heads on the shortblock.
