i too; the one with the real muscle look ! S197 tha last true stang ;-) it has clear lines with big front and bulge hood, round fog lamps in the GT´s make it never outdated, classic car for years. With a GT500 as perhaps the most powerfull Mustang for a long time perhaps we ever seen in a serial production Ford ! S550 is really a bit too childish imho, to much lines and edges and gimmicks, especially on the front end. The rear is not bad but with no round GT or pony badge that pony looks lonely there. 50th LE model have it and it looks good why not on all as a true Mustang emblem ?

Weird that the S550 looks taller in the first and last pictures. Though I do have to say the 15 looks a lot better then that V6.
