wouldn't you need the 10mm standard damper version anyway for the new car not the 12mm ? kw variant

What is the difference? Is it the plain shaft diameter or the threaded portion?

i believe its the id for the shaft to fit through plus spacer depth for thread visibility through the top for getting the nut on basically pedders need shallower but wider spacers I believe but without attempting to mount a damper to a standard kw fitting for example to see what needs to be changed I can't say for sure. the primary assembly and bearing seems to be the same across all the only difference is the spacers steeda supply for a premium

Okey dokey.

I will get the Pedders and the Steeda units together next week and put together a drawing. I have spoken to one of my suppliers today and he will knock them out for us. Once I have a design I will need to know how many to get made, obviously the more we get the cheaper they'll be.

If it's only a couple of sets I'll make em myself.

Well, Wolfman has sent the Steeda mounts to me, even before I've paid him!! What a great guy!!

AND, I've ordered Pedders from GT101 this evening so, by Monday I will have a drawing put together and will then offer the conversion sets up for 6G members only.

I just hope I like these Pedders, and enjoy the ÂŁ1000 left in my pocket over the KW's.

Nige just sent you a PM. Also I had my Pedders set at 8 clicks I think its the factory setting. After speaking to Mike at Modurstang he has his set to 12 clicks and changed mine. Also lowered by 1.5 inches. But each to there own and that's the fun of adjustable coilovers. Also keep in touch with David at GT101 as I have aftermarket wheels and the fronts needed a set of spacers as my rims were grating on the collar adjusting cog at the front only. Spacers worked well no further problems.

Maybe this is my front clunks. I had a shim, but as i didn't want to run the shim, i cambered the wheels a bit out. so you can do either. I'm tempted to go back to shims and camber it back in to see if that's what the clunk is, incase my wheels (x10" wide) are catching on the front when turning wheel
