AC charged and works! The AC system from a mechanical standpoint is 2006 spec with the compressor and hard lines (no variable compressor, no expansion valve) From an electrical standpoint it’s 2018 (one pressure sensor and an evap core temperature sensor)

Working great! (So far…)

What else do you have to do so you can make it a daily driver?

I have actually been driving it daily for the past few weeks!

From a personal preference standpoint, I will be swapping out the exhaust and coilovers over the next few weeks. Exhaust drones a bit to much so the mufflers will be getting swapped (borla pro XS most likely). The coilovers are not too stiff but make more noise then I would prefer so I will be going with GT500 dampers and lowering springs.

I also have one issue with the tune to resolve (WOT momentary lean condition) but I am thinking it might be related to the lack of appropriate injector data (gen 1 data vs gen 3 system).

How is the tune, did you finalize it yet?
Depends on how you define finalized...

I have a tune that runs the 7.3 like a 7.3 (as opposed to a modified coyote tune) with transmission tuning at an acceptable level now (shift tables had to be tweaked for the lower redline). I need to figure out this WOT lean condition though as it pulls a significant amount of timing to prevent knock. This only occurs from a stop though, rolling WOT does not exhibit the same issue. Since I am using gen 1 GT500 injectors, I am thinking that the injector data is the issue.

Fun filled week!

(and by fun I mean a gigantic pain in the a** for the headers thus far...)

Are you going to get those headers ceramic coated?

321 stainless so no need to.
Ceramic coating makes a difference in heat emitted into the engine bay in my experience, so that’s why I was asking. :)
