Rumor Alert 2020 Gt500 convertible

I work next to the ford dealership and some off my co-workers are car fanatics like me. But apparently there was a CONVERTIBLE 2020 car spotted this morning leaving the ford dealer this morning. But I missed it by 10 mins :( I heard about it when I came in to work this morning. Not sure if was a prototype or what. But they did say it had the full 2020 GT500 fascia Red with white stripes. So be on the look out guys and gals a vert option may be in the works!!!

I ended up seeing the car in person and immediately recognized it wasn't a gt500(of course it wasn't)
Didn't have the fascia like they said
It literally pulled in to our dealership to dropped someone off right after I made the thread(now I look stupid)
It was a custom Shelby Super Snake(800+ hp)
Still an awesome car none the less
Met the owner and she was super cool

Nah they thought it was real because its was from a distance and they the it from a distance. But could see the shelby badging

Never say never as Ford built 2013 and 2014 GT500 convertibles with 662 HP so why couldn't they come up with a 760 HP GT500 convertible?

Not saying it will happen but don't ever think that it could not happen.
