Buying the "last" of something at a premium only to discover years later, it's not the last, but merely the final run of a platform, would likely be a major let down for a collector.

That may not be the case in this situation, but looking at the price tag, one would think last meant last, not end of platform.

I seen a red vert the other day..its just a front clip that actually looks horrible on a non shelby car..way to wide in the front nothing out back..nothing is coming of a 500 vert,sorry to disappoint people

God I hate when people do this so much. Not two weeks ago I saw a 6th gen SS, like mine was, with a ZLE front bumper... like dude, just be happy with what you got, add on a splitter or something. Saw the same thing on a V6 6th gen in the UCF area, as well as a 2015+ V6 or EcoBoost Mustang all kitted out with fake GT350R stuff. In the same area I've seen a black 1LE SS completely stock that looks 100x better and puts them to shame I'm sure.

I just shake my head and think "Coulda gotten a GT/SS with that money".

GT, GT350, GT500 all have the same rear fenders, pretty much everything from the doors back is the same - you know, minus finishing touches like the wing, lower valance, etc. That's why pretty much any Mustang can run the same rear tire (I run a 305/35-20) with the proper fitment.

Yes you are correct dimensions are the same from the doors back but without the extra Shelby added bits it looks like a guy who skipped Leg Day
