Adding my final delivery pics to the mix. Dealership staff were floored by how great this car turned out. They had ordered a Race Red with white stripes but I think they had a major reboot on what a Shelby could look like.

All GT350 color combos look great. Ruby Red to my eye is one of the best colors without stripes.

Is it too late to change

I have a Ruby Red 350 on order with a black roof, convenience package and no stripe. I have a VIN and a date to be built sometime in the week of 9/19.

Two questions, is it too late to add stripes?? Still unsure about this?


Of those that have RR cars, how many did black roof and black OTT? Anybody do white OTT and black roof?

I wanted to do a survey but never figured it out.

Ordered mine without stripes and had silver stripes painted on.

I briefly thought of combining the roof and stripe and am so glad I didn't. It would look like too much stuff crammed on the car, and white would be especially bad with a black roof. The thing about the ruby car is the rest of the black areas on the car provide a nice balance but too much black would detract from the paint. I would do either one 1) black stripes, no accent pinstripes or the other 2) black roof only. White stripes would totally dominate the car but it would be unique but not in a good way.
