Rubbing noise coming from back wheel when turning

Hey so recently i have noticed whenever i turn to the left to either go straight or if i go in reverse and turn the wheel to the right and back up. (when im parked, trying to get out of a spot. Also only happens when the car is cold) I hear this noise from the Left rear side almost like if i were rubbing on something. I have no idea what to look for or what to replace. i also feel something happening in the front left wheel as well. I still have 1.5k Miles before my warranty expires. Thoughts? Places to look? Thanks a lot.

How cold is cold and what tires do you have - All Season or Summer Only?

Hmm not cold at all 76* and i have Continentals SSR tires, i believe they're all seasons.

but defiantly sounds like something is rubbing, where you can feel it in the car
