Hey all,
After months of researching exhaust I got the RTR Competition Spec Axle back from American Muscle
The exhaust sounds great on the outside but at 1500 rpm there is crazy amounts of drone in the cabin.
In all of the reviews there are no mention of this, nor in the product video is it mentioned. I was wondering if it was because of the car being a convertible, but the first review is by another convertible owner.
I also kinda feel like American muscle's video is disingenuous as it only has sound clips from inside the cabin at over 2000rpm.
Anyway, i've put dynamat in the spare-tire pan which did not help at all, so I am looking for suggestions on how to alleviate the drone. Or should I just try another exhaust?
