RTR Grill Installed, Driver headlight is not working

I have an RTR grill with the LED lights that was installed years ago. Recently, my driver side headlight low beam/high beam has not worked. When I arrived at the dealer they said the headlight was working and they still replaced the bulb and it was still working. Later that night I noticed the light was out again.

Any ideas on what the issue is? Its going back to the dealer tomorrow. I see the folks who do have issues with the RTR grill lights are the grill lights themselves, not usually the factory lights. So wondering if it could still be the grill harness or possible a ford part.
