rtd+ problem

Connect to the RTD just to the laptop and do the update/resync from the program.

After that, it will work fine connected to the car.

Thats what happened to me.

Same as above. I had to use my laptop connected to the RTD3+ for the initial read after getting the same error. I've been able to use the app on my phone to load the tunes, log, etc after that one initial time having to use the laptop.
