All,
This is my first post in this forum. I have taken my 2023 Ford Mustang GT Premium with the 750 HP Roush Supercharger to two dealers in my local area. I have shared the following video with them.

https://photos.app.goo.gl/LpNDvLF3WAxCFdkE8 Video has sound.

They end up checking out the car and say nothing's wrong.

I don't understand. If nothing is wrong, can someone explain to me why this behavior at the end of the video would be normal?

I'll provide some context for the video. The vehicle is in track mode. I get off the expressway probably after about 20 minutes of driving. You can see I start a turn from a complete stop and then accelerate. The vehicle then begins violently jolting back and forth and the RPMs on the tachometer are bouncing upon shifting from 3rd to 4th gear. The vehicle is an automatic. Unfortunately, this does not happen every time you accelerate. However, it seems to happen most from a complete stop (intermittently).

Has anyone experienced this with their supercharger and actually get it fixed?

Any suggestions?

I appreciate any help. Thank you!

IMO this is not a Roush Supercharger issue at all…..seems more like a fuel issue or possible coil issue. I would first check for any Codes even with no warning light on dash run code scanner see if anything pops up.
possibly bad fuel
keep us posted if you find solution I hope you do soon.

What's going on with the throttle there? Are you giving it light throttle, coasting, what? I've had supercharger setups in past cars that always had a bit of bucking and surging at light throttle low speed situations especially when the bypass valve was going bad (always had trouble with those on Edelbrock TVS setups). Yours is a lot worse though.

My car does that under 50 miles when the fuel is sloshing in the tank.

Your car says 22 miles until empty. Why are you running a supercharged car this low on fuel?

Fill it up and see if it does the same thing.

Agreed. You made a left hand turn and what little fuel you have in the tank sloshed to the passenger side of the saddle tank. The transfer pump can't keep up with the demand that you are commanding at that point to get it back over to the primary fuel hat on the drivers side. You were starving the pumps, and your engine, of fuel.

My '21 Roush does the exact thing...only from about 25 mph on, and typically AFTER I fill up the tank. Did you ever determine the cause of this?
