Pardon the title typo..I checked my intercooler coolant fluid circulation today on my Roush P2, (which was installed a month ago). With start button in on position, I can hear the pump working but I see very little movement (like a trickle) of fluid through the degas bottle, I compared this to my friends set up, and his runs through like a spigot is on. Do I have air in my system, and if so, what is best way to bleed? Anything in particular I should look for? On a side note, my IAT's have been high, 115-135 on 80 degree days, which prompted me check out the above. I'm not even sure if the two are related but I feel like I'm running hot. Any input would be appreciated.

If the pump is running you should see a ton of circulation coming out of the outlet of the manifold. Best way would be to draw a vacuum on the system and then fill it from a bucket full of coolant...this will make sure that there are no air pockets anywhere

The IAT have nothing to do with the intercooler on a Roush tune. The temp is read before the blower/intercooler. One of the advantages of an aftermarket tune is relocating the IAT sensor to the manifold to get a more accurate reading. When the car is moving the IAT's on a Roush tune will be 5-10 degrees above ambient, it feels good to see but it is not real world reading.

I just noticed your sig, did your tuner relocate the IAT sensor? I'm not sure if Nguage allows for stock location. I know SCT does not.

Yes, you are correct. Saw my tuner today and he said the same thing. Thanks for the input!
