If you like a deeper more muscle car tone yet still want some high pitch on high rpms go h.
If you like more rasp and more race car go x.
X will be slightly more loud as well. X gives you more hp gain over h, but the differences are so minimal you probably won't notice.
More people go x these days.

I have the X and have heard the H paired with the Roush. On the outside the sound is pretty much identical. You won't change the sound of the Roush with either. Both are raspy paired with the Roush and stupid loud with X being a little louder. X will be pretty quiet inside the car with very little drone. Haven't been in a Roush car with H but if it holds to the norm it will be louder with more drone in the car. Just depends on what you want. Below is an with an H with an before and after install. Mine with an X sounds pretty much exactly like that. Little louder due to being an 18 with higher compression and more aggressive tune.

OP, be ready for loud. It is an exhaust that will get attention.

I ordered the roush catback with xpipe. It is really the only that sounds the best to me.

Yup nasty af. My exact setup. Pretty quiet inside the car compared to others but the first time you drive past an object, bouncing the sound back at you, you'll say "Man that's a nasty sounding car where is that?" Its you.

Make sure to lower the windows sometimes and have a listen. Be wary of angry neighbors on that morning cold start :)

Backing in and starting with garage door shut softens the blow some depending how close neighbors are and how sensitive they are :giggle:

I was at a restaurant the other morning for a working breakfast and had to start the car because the alarm kept going off from a trash truck that pulled up close. I fired it up and you should have seen the people inside that room jumping up.

Bahahaha poor civilians. I was pulling out of a parking lot the other night, windows down to enjoy my ruckus, and was caught off guard by a guy cold starting behind me. Open header maro. Thing was nasty especially when backed up and face was in proximity with the open window.
