Anyway to find a CAI Legal ? :(

What part of CA you from ? I mean almost every intake it illegal in Ca if not all. Practically every modification is illegal in Ca but who cares it's as simple to take off before smog.

If a cop pulls me off and see the CAI what could happen ?

It's simple to install I'm near Los Angeles. I can do it for you if you like..... And no a cop doesn't have the rights to open your hood and check for illegal modifications. If anything it's a simple fix it ticket.
