Love mine, loud when I get into the throttle, not obnoxious when just cruising & no drone !

WOOOHOOOOOO man oh man do I love my car now!!

I just had the Roush AB and an MRT H-pipe installed this past Friday and MAN does it sound AWESOME!!!

It's so loud it's almost that you get worried about your neighbors ... when I put my foot down it's just ridiculous ... so we couldn't be happier!!

If anyone's looking to get a mean sounding Mustang that reminds you of the old school muscle car rumble ... this setup's gotta be in the mix! Gotta!!

I've got just the Roush AB also. Just finished a 1600 mile trip. No drone at highway speed but you can hear it. Not annoying but a nice purrrrr. Had no problem carrying on a conversation or hearing the radio.

Pulled the trigger and bought the axle-back last weekend. They should be arriving tomorrow! I can't wait to get these installed.:headbang:

Anyone here have the roush axel backs on there mustang? I am considering them on my '16 GT convertible. I'm looking for just a nicer sound, basically one step above stock. Any input/experience? Pros and cons to the roush line?
Feel free to give me a call here at Lethal Performance and we can get you great pricing on these kits! They sound amazing, especially paired with our off-road mid pipe! Also if this car is parked in the garage pretty much any system is going to be heard. If you have any questions give us a call at 561-753-8105.

I have the AB mated to stock resonator and am very happy. Fitment is kind of shoddy, but it sounds terrific.

I had Roush's on my 2011 and loved them... but my questions is:
I have the MBRP Race cat back system and I've been wondering if I could cut the MBRP race mufflers off this system and put Roush's on as if it were a stock system? I think the MBRP pipes are a larger diameter and probably not oriented the same as the stock pipes so the Roush's probably wont fit?

Yea if they route differently, you gonna have to cut and weld.

Got them installed yesterday. They are definitely what I am looking for. Deep, and definitely sounds like how the s550 should come out the factory. There's absolutely no drone on the highway, just a low rumble that is a tick above stock. Sounds great in all RPMs and I will be hearing the cold start up everyone loves in a few minutes! lol

Great job Roush!:headbang:

I've narrowed in down to either the Roush or the Magnaflow axel backs.

I like the price of the Roush but they sound a bit raspy in all the sound clips I've heard.

The Roushes sound a lot deeper in person, something I discovered after installing mine. Their bass rumble has a difficult time being replicated with most microphones. You won't escape the rasp though, that's just part of what they are. Some people like it some don't. I do, I think it's a special scream that makes the Coyote sound exotic. Especially under an overpass... drooooooool.

You won't hear the rasp when you are in the car. If you don't want to hear rasp when you standing behind the car, the exhaust would be very muffled when you are in the car.
I think the Roush is perfect. It gives you the perfect machine gun kinda sound.
