Rough idle and stalling as returned

After almost a year of replacing the bank 1 VVT solenoids, the rough and fluctuating idle has returned. I’d like to know if it’s possible that bank 2 has also started malfunctioning. The car has shut off once now.

I had both exhaust side VVT Solenoids replaced because they were sticking. I would just replace them all.

I’m not seeing anything out of the ordinary in that video. The cams never hold position perfectly and are constantly adjusting
