Rotor question

Is there any possiblity of swapping out rotors? I have an extra set of front rotors. The existing rear rotors and calipers are OEM. Can the rear rotors be swapped out with the front rotors keeping the calipers?

No. The front and rear rotors are different sizes.

I know they are different sizes, I was curious if somehow they can be used with adapters etc., or just leave them in the box.

If you're talking about buying adapters or possibly even new calipers to try and make front rotors work (they won't), you might as well just buy a set of rear rotors and call it a day.
