There is not an appreciable difference in cooling between drilled and non drilled rotors. Rotors cool through the vanes from the center out. Air would have to turn 90* into a spinning rotor to cool through the holes you drilled.
The idea of taking a rotor and adding a bunch of places for it to crack just doesn't make sense.
