I am half inch in the front an inch-and-a-half preload in the rear. Do you have aftermarket axles?
Thanks, that seems like it would work out nicely..1/2" preload with the 400lb springs in the rear is just too low IMO. I have factory halfshafts so no clearance issues.

Also, what have you all torqued the center top nut on the front coilover to - that wasn't mentioned in the Ridetech instructions?

I've been getting some installation questions about this kit. The instructions are pretty good, but I threw this video together to discuss a couple of important points.

Very helpful... thanks
So the impact will tighten the nut while a slow turning ratchet will not?

Correct. When using the impact, the high torque allows the nut to tighten down without spinning the shock shaft. If you're using a standard ratchet, the slow turning lets the shaft spin and won't allow the nylock nut to thread on all the way.

Josh figured out why I had rubbing with the axle boots, I was accidentally shipped 10" rear springs instead or 8" like I can see you have by the part number on your rear springs.

Next I am going loosen the front top strut mount bolts and slide them towards the rear like you mentioned.

The 10 inch is the correct spring when the coilover was designed. Now with people having rubbing issues with the FRPP half shaft Josh changed it out so we can run 8" like the front.

I think I'm the only one that was rubbing, Sharad, Guard5.0, both bought their parts before me and have 8" springs.

Max caster. Push the strut assembly towards the front of the car
