Thanks for the comparison. I have an e90 M3 and when i test drove the Mustang GT it felt noticeably slower. I put that down to only having it in normal mode and it was wet, does it feel as quick as the M3 in sports + mode? How does the exhaust note compare with the E90 when giving it some beans?
The Mustang GT has a wonderful engine ... But the na coyote is never going to be as epic as the na s65 with a 8400rpm redline and 103bhp / litre (the voodoo engine is more of a comparison) ... The gearbox and gear change is better in the mustang....

Straight-line the standard manual mustang v.s standard manual M3 would be neck and neck....

On twisty bumpy roads the m3 would win hands down.

Both cars have a good standard exhaust note. M3 is more racecar mustang GT more lazy V8.

Aftermarket exhausts change things depend on what exhaust you get.

I think the GT350 is more comparable to M3 / M4.
