Resonator delete h pipe power increase?

Just wondering have not being able to find anything in writing but does deleting the factory resonator and install a 2 1/2 h pipe with no other changes net any power gains at all? My 16 does feel a tad faster now then before it was installed. Wasn't sure if it was due to the fact it's louder now or if I was just crazy. My understanding is the resonator necked down to about 2 inches inside I would think maybe it was worth a few ponies ?

The only gains you might see would be from weight loss.

Almost no gain

According to Corsa you will gain
+4 HP +1 Torque for axle back and +5 HP + 4 Torgue for Cat back. Hardly worth the money as far as a power gain.
That being said maybe the HP will give you 1 HP.

Do you have any drone with just the H pipe? I'm wanting to get a corsa catback but if I can save that money for something else I would prefer that. Thanks.

The neck down is at the flex pipe before the resonator which isn't removed by the cut and clamp x or h pipes or any catback that I'm aware of actually.

The resonator is straight through with four alternating baffled chambers.
