On a downstream o2. Nope. That'll only throw a p0420/P0430 he has other things going on , like, lean bank. Probably a leak.

I had a lean bank code come up on my 03 Mach, after the Procharger install. It was due to an intermittent lag in fuel pressure, added the BAP and it went away. Not sure the OP fuel set-up, but it could be a place to start.
