[This is now resolved in the comments thanks to orange1]

I have a very strange rattle in my 2022 Ecoboost that apparently is unique to only my car! ( I cannot find anyone else with this issue ).

It's been there since delivery, but I've just had the radio up and managed to ignore it until now. It sounds like a loose washer, or something metallic clinking or tapping somewhere behind the dashboard. It can sound like its near the front driver end, the centre, or the front passenger

The noise is incredibly obnoxious over uneven roads and the rattle can even be heard when the car is off just by shifting my body weight slightly, lightly pushing the car or closing the door.

I've attached an mp4 of the noise - This is me lightly pushing the car while it is off ( you can hear it most prominently around the 9 second mark & 17)

I've been very deep underneath the dashboard and have had no luck so far. Getting the rattle fixed under warranty may be my only option

Aside from that, the car runs great, no issues aside from this awful noise

Thanks,

I couldn't make out anything in your MP4 (I didn't try headphones)

My car had some rattles in the dash which I fixed by removing all the trim pieces and wrapping the connectors (white clips) in a small piece of cloth tape. The white pieces will rattle against the metal, and perhaps this is what you are hearing.

Yeah you'll have to turn the volume up on the MP4, it's hard to capture the sound without other noises in the background.

I have an oil change coming up soon so the plan is to mess around while im under there to see if I can find it. Praying its a clip or something so I dont have to completely disassemble the dash

I couldn't hear it, but if it was me unless your dealer is very competent (something I never had the pleasure to find) I will steer away from the idea of having them tearing down the interior.
You'll probably end up wanting back just the dingle.

Just was under the car, no luck. It really sounds like it's more in the dash. I've added another mp4 with better sound quality this time (loud warnin for first second, sorry). I've noticed the sound is less prominent during turns vs going straight as well....

Found the noise in my car as well. The bolts behind this cover are loose. Best described as "keychain" jingle noise. Hopefully this helps others!
