I just bought a set after a 3 day track weekend. I replaced them with stock oem pads from white bear lake ford. It was around $200 shipped. Look into Epiphany 's caliperfexion break caliper studs. They make future brake jobs a snap.

So the stock pads are the best bet, great to know! Thanks for the tip on the studs, I'll search them out.

Oh no, the stock pads are not the best bet for the track. You want race pads for sure to haul the beast to a stop repeatedly given the heat the brakes generate. Whatever you do don't get Raybestos race pads, tired them and they are total crap. Right now I am hoping that Performance Friction comes out with a race pad for the GT350, preferably the 01 race compound which is what we run in our race cars. :headbang: Till than you can try Carbontech, Hawk, and potentially a couple others out there.

Whatever pads you go with, I'll second Epiphany's Caliperfexion brake caliper stud kit - a great (and smart) mod for the GT350.

For stock pads, our are pretty amazing. Dusty for sure but perform well on the street or track.

If you're running at Mission, you'll need Pagid pads. If you're running at the Ridge, then the OEM pads are good.

G-LOC R12 up front R10 rear and then you can swap the GS-1 Compound on for the street, low noise and low dust. We include the Extended bolts with our pads so swapping them is pretty easy. Available HERE

We include the bolts to use the Ford Method. This allows you to remove the rotor with ease as well.

The studs are great because the stud becomes the wear item, not the threads in the aluminum casting.

I'm going to disagree here, its impossible to make the stock pads fade on stock tires. Going with grippier tires increases cornering speed reducing the load on the brakes overall so... you are good to go.

Only reason to go for a race pad is if you need something hard enough to last an entire endurance race. But then you wouldn't be in a full weight GT350 anyway.
