Replacement Spoiler + Factory Rear Indicators

Yeah the tri bars in the headlight unit and the single strip in the fog light unit both light up - but I am not sure of the logic as I am normally sat in the car when it’s running lol

I ‘think’ the logic may be something you can change using ForScan ?

They both light up? FFS At least it should be easy to disable the strip DRL by disconnecting one of the feeds to each strip.

As long as the tri bar DRLs in the headlight light up, I'm a happy man!

Did you purchase your rear sequencer from Exotic Pony Mods or is there a UK supplier?

I bought from them on eBay and paid the postage - at the time they were cheaper than sourcing in the U.K. but they must have put the price up or the exchange rate shifted etc

I took the opportunity to have a quick blast on the quiet ‘football’ (soccer … lol) roads so I snapped you a few pictures of the front lighting modes

First up I took this the other day to show our American friends what our fog DRL’s do upon unlock and lock :



When the engine is running and in daylight :

Tri bars and but no fog DRL

A nicer view of the tri bars :

When the engine is running and the headlights come on, the tri bars turn off and the fog DRL’s come on :

The tri bars still look a little illuminated, but that’s only because the catch some light from the main beams.

Engine off, locking the car :

I have the Exotic rear taillight sequencer set up the same as WD , very easy install.
Plus went all out and added this.
And they operate as an Orange sequential Indicator, awesome Mod.. Luv the sequential Indicating , thats what Mustangs are known for.. :-)

Did you have to open up the front headlight for the front tri-bars?

Big Job, Front bar off lights out, open them up, replace Tri-bar and re wire then re-assemble .
I believe there is a few ways of opening headlights oven , or cut open with Hot knife..
The big concern is to make sure lights are sealed properly so no condensation gets in..
