If you are happy holding out for your exact spec or 2017 updates then I fully understand ,but if you can slightly modify your requirements there are new Ford dealer cars out there through brokers for a relatively small fee ,I did it and no regrets.I wish I had your patienceThey spent 2 weeks looking and couldn't find the same spec car I guess.

This is what GAP insurance is for.Mr wolf, can I ask a question from you please, if you don't want to answer then no problem.
Your car, assume you paid ÂŁ37,000. On the basis that you bought the car outright with no finance, your insurers should be looking to either get a new car or pay you out at ÂŁ37k.
If your insurers have order d your new car, the car itself has increased in value new cost wise, so are they covering the extra ?

So that means you have to stump ÂŁ2K then? What they don't cover is the excess or the first year of road tax.
