It’s a really good figure. It’s almost Stage 2 roush power

Injectors were running at about 90%.

Stage 2 on this is bigger throttle body
Larger air box with cone filter
Larger injectors
Boost a pump
ok 90%. i've got the bigger throttle body and roush air box which edelbrock have told me should be good for an added 35hp without the injectors (quoted). still gobsmacked it's making the power they quote. genuinely expecting it to fall well short for some reason.

can't wait now :)

You may as well buy the. Bigger injectors and boost a pump and be at stage 2 right away

mate i'm already looking lol :headbang::headbang:

kind of defeating the point of trying to do a budget FI setup though...

i already have the roush intake, and took advantage of CJPP $75 off voucher on the TB making it a pretty cheap potential 35 horses.

how is it to drive now? managing to put the power down?

Edelbrock tune drove awful. Just no power low down and was all or nothing. Power only came in with almost full throttle.

Now it drives nice at low speeds and starts to pick up from low throttle and the power is much more usable. Very easy to brake traction though but that’s expected at this power and standard suspension. Going to be doing that in next few weeks.

hopefully that'll help. half the reason i'm reluctant to splash out on the rest of the stage 2 is the 275 tyres just won't grip i'm lead to believe.

hi,

I've been watching your thread. I'm very much on the fence on this supercharger. I've got a '16 auto and am very seriously considering buying this. I've a few questions for you.
1) would you buy it again knowing what u know now?
2) how long did it take you to install?
3) when in boost is it loud?
4) any tips regarding install?

1) would you buy it again knowing what u know now? Yes certainly.

2) how long did it take you to install? Full day but I did have to make mods to suit RHD

3) when in boost is it loud? Not too bad no. It does make more intake noise and when high in the rpms you get more supercharger noise but it’s not bad at all.

4) any tips regarding install? For LHD just follow Edelbrock instructions as they are very good. The only bits that were awkward were bolting down the blower and fuel rails due to the angles. Even with a UJ it was still hard. Just take your time.
