Renegade Grille lights / Blue screen?

Ok, so I've installed the renegade grille lights on the car to the fog lights, and now, my demon eyes are flashing, and my front camera isn't working, resulting in a blue screen. Would it be possible that I may have wired the lights wrong to cause this issue?
