Just wanted to report back and confirm that Ford Part # KN1Z-19A361-A will enable remote start with the factory fob using lock-unlock-lock. I didn't even have to enable anything in Forscan as remote start was already enabled for me (figured with the FordPass app supporting it).
Install was super simple just unplugging the back of the OBD port, plugging that into the adapter cable and plugging the module into that harness. I also plugged the tiny jumper in and no issues with the remote start just now!
