I want to tune my Stang but im unsure on the cars reliability, how reliable is the car with a CAI and Tune? Anyone had any major issues with the V8? Any common known problems?

I have heard the Block is very reliable but the clutch can be a problem?

I suspect the MT82 would be happier with a centi type blower than a twin-scroll. The latter having more potential to load the transmission.

I just realized you didn't ask about blowers.

I feel confident that I can keep my MT82 happy. What I don't know is if a third party such as a mechanic gets my keys, and decides to try out line lock, or dump the clutch at 6000 RPM, whether that will be too much. It would be really cool if Ford gave us a Rev limiter, as the 5.0 isn't generating huge torque at < 3000 RPM. If you did get a tune, you get a Rev limiter, so that would solve that problem.
