Any estimates of approx hours the install would be from a shop? Shops in my area like to rape people on labor rates. Im heavily weighing the installation cost in my decision...

I figured shouldn't take any more than 3-4 hours, cams are fairly easy to get to on the coyote

My recommendation would be to call a Ford dealership and ask them what the hours are on a cam set R&R. Use that as a guideline. I don't have definite figures, but I can almost guaranty a shop will charge more than 3-4 hours for a cam swap. If I just had to guess, I would say closer to 6-7 hours is what they would charge.

If labor is that much, I'm out. Bummer as I was looking forward to this, instead of adding a ton of weight on the front of my car (Supercharger).

I think what Beef says is what the labour cost expectation should be.
