For what its worth, TY (my first bright car color) is insanely easy to keep clean. I wash it once every 3 months and honestly, it looks bright and waxed the whole time. It's funny as my neighbors think I always get my car detailed - which I dont (but do take good care of the paint using quality detailer, good products etc). It also shows no scratches or swirls at all - I cant make our if my paint has any.

I do understand, TY isnt for everyone - I love it and notice that it really shows the lines well, goes well with the black accents and really gives the car a powerful sporty look and stance. My choices were TY, CO and Guard. I would never buy a black car (or dark blue) again, having owned one in the past.

For me, it was difficult to choose between Ruby Red and Deep Impact Blue. I liked both colors about evenly. No matter which one I chose, I would probably have had a moment of regret on the color.

But the Ruby Red cost extra, and that steered me to Deep Impact Blue.

I wish the tilt/telescope steering wheel was power & memory (and also had "easy exit" feature). And I wish the power seats included power/memory recline.

I half regret not ordering my GT with the 401A option instead of the 400. I don't care about the upgraded audio but I'd sure like the memory seat feature!
It's pretty clear Ford had a market for a stand-alone memory seat option, which should have cost about $400. Instead they chose to bundle it with the useless and annoying BLIS and the marginal 12-speaker Shaker stereo at $1800, where a lot of us got nose-bleeds and bailed.

So Ford missed out on a lot of $400 options, and a lot of us missed out on memory seats.

Sounds like a regret to me.

The "shaker" systems have always been crap, especially for the money. Better to go aftermarket on speakers.

It would be funny to see Ford's list of regrets with the S550 lol

Biggest regret is not ordering one sooner. Mine isn't here and hasn't even been picked up by Ford yet but "soon" hopefully. Ruby Red, Manual, Base GT, with PP for those who care! ;)

Oh I know. I like her. She's a great car, and a steal for the price. But I'm one of those who perpetually wants more. Give me an EB, and I'll want the GT. Give me a GT and I'll want the GT350. Give me that and I'd want the Ford GT.

It's okay. Life is inherently a compromise, no matter what anyone says. It was a very GOOD compromise, too. And I'm probably pushing 350HP at the crank, by now ;). It's around 300 at the rear wheels.

Now that is what I am talking making a 4 cylinder turbo putting out those numbers. Awesome definately a sleeper. I love Mustang period old,new,4,6,8 as long as you have a mustang and you enjoy driving is what counts. If I was Jay Leno I would have 60,70 mustangs

No Regrets yet. Only 235 miles so far. Still learning all the features and getting used to it. The handling is astonishing. GT Premium (non-PP), Automatic.

Not getting Sync 3, not getting the glorious MT82 with PP, not getting a GT350.
Hopefully that GT350 comes with a Tremec. I got the Auto because of the Getrag MT82 that I had before in my '11 GTP.

Edit: Oh and no regrets!

Regrets in my life...i have had a few....this new car is not one of them.

I love it.

Only planned mods are driving lights for night hwy use in deer country.
A hitch.
Better floor mats to save the carpet some.
A trunk liner so when stuff spills it doesn't ruin that carpet to.
And a built in radar detector.
