To be safe you should return to stock just in case they do a complete re-flash Zelek!!

I've got my tuner in the glovebox with my phone so it shouldn't be an issue even if they do. My car can run on the stock tune as long as E85 isn't in the tank.

My tuner says beware of undisclosed updates that facilitate remote control of the vehicle. Wait, my tuner needs to be adjusted. Ok that's a better connection to my tin foil hat.
