Reassigning Toggle Switches?

Any one done this?

What i want to do is re-assign the hazard to operate a air cup lift system for going over large bumps and steep car parks, and fit a hazard button somewhere else.

Is each toggle wired individually, or are the all connected to a board?

That's the OEM instructions for installing the start button. Towards the end, you can see the board and the switches.
