I’m thinking about putting some on but wanted to see if anybody on the forum has done it and if so would like to see some photos.

Highly recommended IMHO. Had them on my 2015 and love them even more on my '21 Mach 1.

I love mine. I currently have them off after having them on for almost 3 years. I like that you can change up the look with them.

!
I have to admit that I was opposed to rear louvers when a friend asked about putting them on his new Mach, however after seeing your photo I’m seriously considering doing them on my car now. Looks great!!

@geep81 , it looks like the center sections of your louvers are sagging. Is that by design or age?

Are those the Speedform brand and where did you get them?
Yes, Speedform aluminum. CJ Pony parts had the best price at the time (2021). Exactly the same as I had on my 2015 GT. Easy installation. I ceramic coated this set using ArmorShield IX -- so much easier to clean!

Personally I like the look. I had them on a previous car but I haven't given it much thought for my current ride. My only suggestion is if you do get them, don't go cheap, and research the reviews to get good quality. The louvers I had before actually rattled while driving on the highway, the noise became a bit of an irritation for me and I ended up removing them after a few months.

Agreed. That's why I went with the metal ones instead of plastic. Yes, the coating will get chipped (the probably can be PPF'd but I didn't do that), but they're solid, stay on even at speed (I kept them on the 2015 when I tracked it), are easy to remove by one person when needed), and haven't yet rattled (not on either car spanning seven years use).

How hard is it to dry the rear windshield after washing the car? Was kind of a hassle on my old Mach1...

That's not an issue. It's easy to fit a hand with a microfiber towel between the louvers to dry when needed. On a day to day basis, the rear window doesn't get much water in the rain. Most wet is when I wash it and spray water up through the louvers.

It's a Euro look, for those who like the Lambo look. I'm not a fan, but respect that they're doing their Mustang their way.
