No shop manual, but I took them off when removing my rear hubs, writeup is here.

Pretty straightforward job, just need to remove e brake line from the bracket, then remove two bolts that keep the caliper and e brake line bracket in place.

Obviously, you don't have to do all the things related to the hub 🙂

This might help? No torque settings but shows where every nut and clip is

I would recommend buying the manual. It's well worth the money. If you can afford a GT350...
