hahahahha! It's a bit of an inside joke, but i thought it might actually be more widespread...

At work, whenever anyone has ANY type of electrical or IT problem with their computer, software, telephone, washing machine at home, car (I mean it literally doesn't matter what the coponent is)...someone in the officie will inevitably yell across the room "well did you put it in a bag of rice?" So a car battery problem would have certainly resulted with the statement.

(the reference being to dropping something in water and putting it in a bag/bowl of rice to dry it out, or that this action can fix anything....in case someone hadn't heard that one)

These things must be on a timer, my 19' battery just died.
Usually its on a charger if I dont plan on driving it for more than a week but this time I let it lapse. 3 weeks without the charger and the battery is dead, not just low but flat nothing when I turn it on.
