I have read Papinist's thread and seen the great work they have put in. I think the vinyl applied on the tail lights looks great but I guess I have to judge it myself up close, in the flesh so to speak.

Also I am sceptical of its long term durability (UV, washing).

That's interesting and I can see what you mean. I thought the 4rd brake light was a requirement in UK too?

The third brake light is on at around twelve seconds and fifteen seconds...not overly obvious though........

The fourth light is a rear foglight which is a requirement in the UK.

My greatest fear (at least in the first few months) will be getting run up the arse by some deadshit texter.

Won't matter how many brake lights you have or how bright they are when said deadshit is gazing into a screen.

I can foresee many anxious moments peering into the rear view mirror when stopped at lights wondering if the driver of the car rapidly closing in on me even knows that I'm there.

Will be getting a 2-channel dash cam installed in the first week for this very reason.

Perhaps I'll use the rear cam to capture that particular event as it's only 720p.
