Radiator/intercooler foam strip replacement?

In swapping out my intercooler, I found the foam strips pretty much unusable. The had moved out of position blocking off most of the face of the intercooler and the sticky was useless and covered in sand. The rubber flap had lost a few of it's retaining straps as well.

The radiator/intercooler strip is viewable here @ the 4:45 mark.....

Does anyone have a part number for replacements? I'm coming up empty. Thanks all!
