Thought I would show some pics my my 2018 Ecoboost cooling set up for road course racing. I split a cooling line to the turbo last month on track and wasn't happy with the overall performance from the Mishimoto Radiator, Oil Cooler and ATM Intercooler anyways so I decided to replace it all. The oil cooler is really undersized for any track work and do not get the sandwich plate with the thermostatic option it just kills flow.

I replaced it with a Setrab Series 6 44 Row unit. I made the bracket to hold it which was pretty simple. I don't have an A/C condenser but even if you did you'd still be able to make it all fit just fine.

I did the CSF triple pass radiator from the 5.0 and 5.0L fans which drops right in if you swap out you intercooler.

The intercooler is the Stage 2 procharger unit and I made some aluminum pipes to hook everything in. I used a slot MAF block off plate from a R35 kit.

I wrapped it in gold tape to help with the track heats too (and bad welds?). Still need to get some better underhood venting going but this is a great start.

If anyone wants some more info on the parts just ask. These pics are a little old and everything is wrapped up now. thought I would post this so people looking for a better cooling set up could use this for ideas. I really think this should be offered as a stage 2 kit by some of the aftermarket manufacturers because if you are replacing everything anyways it might as well be with large enough components. Here's a couple pics.

Also is the only option now to post pics through the link embedding?

Just curious - was your EB equipped originally with the Performance Pack option?

If so (or if not), isn’t the PP radiator already larger than a standard EB and if anyone knows the answer, is that larger PP radiator one from a GT?

What was different between the GT and EB stock electric rad fans?

Looks like a really fun project! Are you collecting any data on temps while on the track?

This first picture is a 2.3L fan and the second is a 5.0L fan. Basically the entire area that is currently your intercooler becomes part of the Radiator when you switch to a 5.0L unit. I used the triple pass CSF unit.

The factory 2.3L rad uses a 1.34" inlet and the 5.0L unit has a 1.5". That is Why I used converters, but my original plan was to just Tig the Pegasus adapter to it. The wiring harness is the same between both units and it drops right in.

That is why I am saying there should be a upgrade path that includes a new Radiator and intercooler because you have to re-reoute the intercooler pipes to the side now that the radiator is taking up what would normally be the entry/exit for your intercooler.

Cobra Jet-- the PP and non PP are the same part. I had the upgraded Mishimoto unit but it didn't preform well enough so I finally replaced it with this bigger CSF set up.

Brian-- all those components are part of the car as well, the blanket is off because this was before the whole thing was put back together. Even with blankets on everything under hood venting needs to be better.

Torqueman-- I have been logging data with the Ngauage so I should have some useful info. Heat management on these isn't a big deal for drag racing (Except for intercooler) but even the aftermarket stuff doesn't hold up on the road course.
