RPI also sells one fore just over half the cost with a different grill material. Not quite as nice as that Racemesh but smaller holes and thinner wire so should pass at least as much air and protect from bug and rocks better.
I looked at the RPI one earlier. Not digging the mesh style on that.

Dusold Designs is another option at about the same price point. It has a Hex mesh grill, but I can't find a better picture of it to see what that looks like.

Let us know how it turns out. I've got the same concern so I might do the same thing if you are happy and the real thing looks as good as the PhotoShop.
Will do!

Hey SVT N8, on your stock grille, is the honeycomb mesh removable or is it part of the surround?

The honeycomb is part of the fangs and edge of the grill. You would need to dremel/saw the honeycomb out if you want the delete look.

Thanks. I'm looking to do my own mesh (perforated metal) once I get the car.

I won't need any practice, I'm just needing a grille to see how I'm going to go about it. No car yet.

Thanks guys. It's an entire grille set, made to order. You pick the color, mesh style etc. Quality is awesome. Made in the USA.

Is there any chance one of you guys with this grille could measure the width of the mesh itself and also the size of the holes?

Looking to DIY this over here in the UK when my car eventually turns up & with the postage from the US added on these grilles are WAY too much.

Thanks in advance.

The sheet I used was 15.5"x47". It was enough to do the upper and lower grille.

Thanks for that^. :)

I know you said you managed with a 15.5"x47" sheet; do you think I'd get away with their 12"x48"? I'm thinking that's probably a little too small on the height to get both grilles covered.

How long did it take to get your grilles in? I just ordered a couple days ago and haven't heard anything.
