Yes, this car arrived in Toronto a couple weeks ago when I was up there on business and the dealer just North of Toronto was looking for $150K Canadian.

I would like to know what Ford of Canada has to say about a new GT350R crossing the border into America in a matter of a few weeks after being purchased?

They may not care but certainly the policy has been for quite some time that one of these new/used cars does not cross the border unless it has 15,000KM or been a used car for a minimum of 6 months whichever comes first.

Don't worry, their are ways around the system. One local guy around here has bought a few R's with mark ups and is sending them south (US) to his brother who happens to be a used car dealer.
Don't ask me how they do it, but they get it done.
