The real test will be when it's hot out. With these same temps I was hitting 140+ with the old heat exchanger and tune after a hard pull. I haven't got it over 120 with the new heat exchanger and tune. 175 was my record iat2 over the summer.

Those temps are good. Not much you can do to stay under that without an ice tank or killer type set up.
Yeah numbers were good and it was pulling hard. Couldnt get any traction in the cold so I kept it light. Floored it at 80mph and actually fishtailed In normal mode with all the nannies on. Little terrifying. Fun though.

That's awesome. Sounds promising.

Grabbing a used kit tomorrow for my new ā€˜19GT. Few questions if anyone knows:
1. Is it compatible with active exhaust?
2. Will Roush swap out the radiator to the new LTR?
Is the warranty is an option on used kits if all conditions are met?

Yes on the exhaust
U will need to pay for the LTR
U will not have a warranty on a used kit

Yes you'll need the 1050X injectors for E85, but you'll need a new fuel pump as well. Stock system with a BAP won't cut it. Just letting you know.

thanks bud. Iā€™m coming from an 820RWHP Whippled Boss 302 that had a fuel system as well. Hoping to see some good news regarding the new GT500 fuel pumps so I donā€™t need another return system.

Anyone know the part number/pricing on the new low temp radiator for this kit? Canā€™t find anything on it. Best place to buy Roush parts would be great too. Thanks!

Exactly, wait till the info on the GT500 pumps come out, then hopefully we can all run E85 through a returnless system

I wouldnā€™t expect 800rw from a 18+ roush kit, it may do it on E85 but temps will sky rocket after a pull or two and kill power, even with the larger LTR

oh no, not shooting for that. Want something with good power/reliability/drivability this time.

I truly believe that it will do, I like the roush kit but a lot of guys donā€™t
