Yeah they stopped the 3rd party Whipple and procharger warranty a while ago. The EB one was actually through EB similar to how the Roush one works and is a more recent development. Apparently the power numbers weren't even close to matching up to their claim either.

In all honesty the car was great and the service I got from Roush and Ford was above and beyond. If I do another Mustang I'll probably buy the same kit. I also unloaded it for way more than expected.. All around it went very well. I think I want to go with a lightning knock off F150 next time...

This kit saved me at least 5k in warranty work that definitely would have been denied if I went any other route. The new LTR and tune was a huge difference in my Mt82 and in a way I'm hoping my sale falls through.. It's runs great as is plus a solid warranty.
No but Headers could technically void it just like any factory warranty. From my experience Roush does not look for a way out of paying warranty claim like some other kits do. Their warranty is super solid and even if you do bend the rules a bit and they know you're not being a total negligent...
Busted fuel pump, missing bolts, no sensor on the heat exchanger, track is closed because of a pandemic... Wonder what's coming next.. It's gonna be a long time before we see that 11.6 I've been waiting for ;) The 3.8 Whipple thread will probably be 100 pages deep before he gets out there.
Inspection went well.. Just waiting on his credit union to get the balance financed for him and get me a check. I am sensing some behind the scene issues with that happening so you guys might have the pleasure of me being around again. We shall see.
